Products
Q. What is the expiry date of perfume?
A. Most perfumes have a shelf life of 3 years after opening. You can prolong the shelf life by storing your perfumes in a cool and dark environment.
Q. Are the products genuine?
A. All our products are genuine. We do not sell fake or imitation goods. Products are sourced from reliable and verified suppliers before selling to our customers.
Q. The product I’m looking for is not listed on your site.
A. Please send us an e-mail with details of the product you are looking for. We will check with our suppliers on its availability.
Orders
Q. How do I know if my order has gone through?
A. You will receive a verification e-mail on stocks availability within 2 working days. This means your order has reached us successfully.
You will further receive a 2nd e-mail with payment details  You can then proceed to make payment thereafter.
Q. What is the delivery method?
A. All orders are delivered using SingPost though normal or registered mail. There’s a $3 charge for registered mail ( depending on the weight )
We will encourage all to opt for registered mail for the security of your products. We will not be responsible for loss of products if you opt for normal mail.
We will also be doing Meet up delivery at client convenience. ( Delivery time will be only from 3pm to 10pm ) , closing order will be on every Tuesday before 3pm. Kindly email me for the order. 
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept bank transfers through OCBC Bank only.

Q. I want to cancel my order. How do I go about it?
A. Please e-mail us with your contact details (name, address, e-mail, contact number) for order cancellation.
Please take note that all orders are final once your order has been verified and e-mail confirmation has been sent to you. You may only cancel your order if the products have not been mailed out/ meet up.
Exchange/ Refund
Q. I ordered a wrong item. Can I exchange?
A. We do not do exchange if it’s a wrong order placed by the customer. Please make sure you place order for the correct product you want.
Q. The product is damaged when I received it.
A. We will be responsible if the product is damaged in its transition. Please return the product back to us in its original packaging. We will arrange to send a new product in its exchange.
